John Broekman founded Property and Art 15 years ago, after moving to Ibiza from the Netherlands. Since then the company has become a hugely successful company with a client list that includes an impressive array of celebrities.

Most new business however, comes from word of mouth generated by satisfied customers, with previous projects including the gorgeously chic Restaurante Ocho, MediterrAsian hotspot Bambuddha Grove and the exquisite boutique hotel las Banderas in Formentera.

Uruguayan partner Gabriel is a highly respected and sublimely creative architect, with many a blue chip project around the world including the über cool London fashion stores of designer Daniel Poole y la discoteca El Divino in Ibiza town. Glamour and decadence with impressing aesthetics and practicality are evident in all works of Gabriel.
